quality honest service i have serviced my cars here for about 25 years. i find them to be honest, fair, and usually very prompt in having my car ready when promised. their i have serviced my cars here for about 25 years. i find them to be honest, fair, and usually very prompt in having my car ready when promised. their prices are good for a dealership. and in two instances, i took my car elsewhere and was told i needed a major repair (a new radiator in one case, new brakes in another case). i took the car to herb chambers to do the work i thought i needed, and they told me that i didn't need the work done at all-- so they are very honest, and don't do work that doesn't need to be done. i do recommend them. More

Helpful and informative I needed a new car but, was worried about taking on a loan. First, we picked out a RAV4. Then we did a road test. I loved that car. Fortunately the waiting area was as comfortable as possible because I didn't expect to have to wait as long as I did even though I was told in advance that the wait could be as long as 1 1/2 hours, ultimately 2 hours 20 minutes. I was told that in the future Mondays are the busiest days of the week. I will keep that advice in mind for the next service visit. John More
