Good service, friendly attitude. The only possible hope is if you could open the door a few minutes earlier before 7 am. Customers may arrive within 5 minutes before 7 am. Good experience buying a late model Rav4 with Miklos Miklos was knowledgeable and helpful in completing my purchase of a 2015 Rav4. I had a bunch of criteria that had to be met (fitting a large instrumen Miklos was knowledgeable and helpful in completing my purchase of a 2015 Rav4. I had a bunch of criteria that had to be met (fitting a large instrument case into the cargo area, fitting a REAL spare tire in the same space!!!) and Miklos went through all the steps needed to satisfy them. I even ended up in the basement to find a needed piece of equipment! I also appreciate that both Miklos and Doug Courchesne were knowledgeable in answering my questions, but said they did not know, if they didn't know, rather than make up something just to get rid of the question. My husband purchased his Toyota from Chambers a couple years ago, because of the amazing step-above help we received about 20 years ago after purchasing a car from Chambers. People DON'T forget GOOD experiences (as well as bad), so keep up the good work of taking the high road in car sales!! More
Easy way to get a new car but be careful to ask questions- Our salesman Riad was wonderful. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and get us what we wanted quickly and smoothly. However, the man who sold us the warrantee talked a lot, but neglected to mention the $100 deductible which I thought was a little sleazy and he went just fast enough (out of sheer practice with other customers) so that you couldn't quite grasp what he was saying- or the implications of what he was saying. I'd watch out for him and not buy anything he suggested next time. Turned out I didn't buy what I thought I did. But I'm not unhappy with my car.I did get something I didn't want and did not get something I wanted but it was give and take. I would have felt better about the price if I had gotten everything I wanted and nothing I didn't want. More
Mark Cunningham is the Man! I've been to MANY dealerships over the years and I have to say dealing with financing is the least favorite part! However, I had the pleasure to work I've been to MANY dealerships over the years and I have to say dealing with financing is the least favorite part! However, I had the pleasure to work with Mark Cunningham and he made the experience actually easy and enjoyable. He is a very honest and kind manager which at dealerships that can be far and few between. I now look at car dealerships in a positive manner. I guess I had to do more research to Toyota financial services scheduled an appointment with this dealership to discuss about my lease buyout options. I guess I had to do more research to avoid some extra charges such as $349.0 documentation fee that could be avoided and as I remember the finance manager was not clear about it. In my opinion the best and hardest way is to not sign anything before getting the final deal, come out, study it carefully, do more research and compare it with multiple offers. It makes you more satisfied and avoids negative feedback for the dealer as well. More

At that point I had already paid for reserving this car at another dealer but it was supposed to arrive in January. I had such a great time with the salesperson at Herb Chambers that I decide to take my business to them. They simply just offered me exactly what I wanted (I had a trade in also-Thanks Doug Courchesne and Kenny Leung!) It was one of the best decisions I have ever done. In the Service Department I worked with Gary Francois, Shawn and Michael - they all exceeded my expectations...and I usually expect a lot. A special Thank You to Gary for all the help, courtesy and professionalism. Well done for an extremely well organised service! More
