She couldn't have been nicer. She treated us with the utmost respect. This car has many "bells and whistles" and Patty patiently explained how everything worked . We never felt rushed. She went into detail about the warranty, also. We noticed there were many "nicks" on the rims. Today we brought the car back and the rims were refurbished. Tonight we picked up the car, and were very pleased with the rims. We also were handed a coupon for a free car wash today........a nice surprise. Patty is an asset to your dealership . You are very lucky to have such a hardworking and dedicated employee !! More

Been searching for a new volvo suv for my wife for two weeks. Went to a dealer closer to my house and didnt have a great experience . I have been looking around for a new car for a few weeks. Buying a car can be a stressful process and I had been to a couple of dealerships that work with Audi, BMW, Subaru, VW, Mercedes and a few other Vol Buying a car can be a stressful process and I had been to a couple of dealerships that work with Audi, BMW, Subaru, VW, Mercedes and a few other Volvo dealers, but my experience with Volvo of Norwood was the BEST I have had. The staff are extremely nice and at no point I felt like walking away from the dealership. I was helped by Patricia Young, a very nice sales consultant who assisted me with every question and detail about the car. She duly noted down every thing I was looking in a car and then went about showing me the best available options. She explained what every trim offered and which trim would best fit my needs. There was no attempt to sell the priciest car in the lot, the pricing was not exaggerated and was within what I had expected. After deciding on the car, the paperwork was taken care of with no surprises/hidden fees. Working with Patricia Young made this process painless. Scott Brothers and Graham Lower are probably the nicest managers I have worked with. They understand customer satisfaction and are willing to work with you to help you buy that car (again no pressure). So, if you are looking to buy a new car, consider a Volvo and give this dealership a try.They have a great team that is glad to work with you. You won't walk away disappointed. We went to Volvo of Norwood first in our search for a new car. Dave introduced himself as we were walking around the lot. We said we wanted to take the XC60 for a test drive. Without asking us if we were going to trade in a car or asking for our keys, he grabbed the dealer plate and went for the test drive. He was extremely knowledgable. After the drive, we said we were going to look at some other cars. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy the car or anything. When we went to 2 other dealerships, the experience was what you expect and the stereotypical response of a salesperson. One saleperson at the other dealership must have gotten out of 80s sales training. He said what would it take to get us into the car, even when we told him we did not like the ride of the car. It took us an additional 10 minutes just to get the keys to our car back!! We decided to go back to Volvo. Dave was great. No pressure from him again. When we told him we had a short amount of time because school was going to end soon and we had to get our son of the bus, he expediated the process and we finished the paperwork extremely fast. We came back the next day to pick-up the XC60. Dave took the time to explain certain features that we had questions about and appreciated the short amount of time. Compared to the other dealerships and the non-pressured environment at Volvo, we were extremely pleased about the experience, which is very hard to have when you're buying a car. We were also very impressed with the how everyone treated us at Volvo, from the sales manager, business manager and meeting the service manager. More

I was a bit turned off by some of the standard car sale "routines" - aggressive up-selling of service plans and heavy handed sales tactics of the sales manager - but the flexibility and effort extended by the lead sales helped close the deal. The entire process was smooth and hassle free and my car was an unbelievable deal. As for my car it has low mileage and is in great shape as it had one previous owner who consistently serviced the car at Volvo of Norwood. After owning my Nissan I know how important and valuable an extended Warranty is so I purchased the extended warranty with my XC90 as well. I like the peace of mind of knowing I am covered for anything that may come up even though the car feels and looks like it is great shape. Going from a Nissan to the Volvo you can't even compare the two. I couldn't be happier with the Volvo product and Herb Chambers. More
