I have purchased both a Lexus and a Volvo through Chambers dealerships. The difference in service between the two is night and day. Putting aside the physical differences at each, which are understandable due to product cost and square footage, the Lexus experience is far above that of Volvo. At Lexus you’re greeted warmly and told “I can help you” by every employee. Employees seem proud and content. Volvo is the opposite. On a recent visit, I felt as if I was a nuisance and that I was interrupting them during a super busy day when I was actually the only customer there in person. It may well have been busy behind the scenes but I was very surprised by the lack of greeting and general disinterest in my being there. I’m not inclined to buy here again - not because of the product or the sales person - but based on the post sale experience. More

My service advisor was Paul Dixon and I must say he was very professional, knowledgeable and showed care about our vehicle issue.
