Every time I go there to either buy a new car or bring my car in for maintenance...I and my other family member are treated like royalty. What an amazing group of people. They are the most responsive, kindest, caring and trustworthy group of professionals in the industry. They don't ever say no. They are always there and willing to help and to make your experience the best it can be. Somewhere along the way this group formed this unbelievable moral compass that never waivers. They are kind, caring and honest. You have a problem..they are going to go to the ends of the earth to fix it. They treat us like family and I trust them with my life every time I get into one of their Volvos.. Yes. They are that spectacular! Shout out to Matt and Mike.. they and their team make it an extraordinary experience start to finish. Truly. I can't say enough about these amazing people. It really is all about relationships. The Service Dept. was very thorough and pleasant to deal with for my 45K service. For years my wife and I purchased Volvos thru the prior dealership at this location (Dalzell). It was recently acquired by Herb Chambers. When I brought the car in for service I was happy to see that the dealership at this location (Dalzell). It was recently acquired by Herb Chambers. When I brought the car in for service I was happy to see that they had retained both Matt Garron and Colin Ayers, both whom always proved to be quite knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant. I needed service because my vehicle had a problem with the seatbelts on my Volvo S60 T6. They quickly determined that the seatbelts needed to be replaced and gave me a loaner--a virtually brand new T5. My vehicle was ready, when promised. And the work, as always, was done properly. More

One never looks forward to bringing their automobile in for service but Matt Garron and Colin Ayers make it a pleasant experience. It's a pleasure to be welcomed the first thing in the morning by a team that has been servicing my vehicle for years. Matt and Colin are thoughtful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and at times comforting when the need arises. Yesterday morning Matt not only inquired about how my Volvo was performing but also how my daughter, Meaghan, was doing who recently had a baby and also has her Volvo serviced at Volvo of Norwood. By the way when Matt inquired about my Volvo, my response was "Matt it's a Volvo". The implication being that I rarely have an issue and i'm there just for scheduled service. I am also in the service business and appreciate a well trained staff who truly care about customer service and satisfaction. My family looks forward to Matt and Colin servicing our Volvos for many years to come. More
Brought vehicle in for a regular service, also asked Matt about 2 issues: 1) recurring low pressure tire signal on dash, despite my checking pressure as ok. He also researched my extended warranty options, saving me $$$. 2) badly damaged rear seat upholstery on 2nd car, (spouse's new Volvo). Matt found a specialist to reasonably repair the damage at a very affordable price, saving a large cost to replace the seat leather. He also made sure we would have no inconvenience or added cost due to car staying overnight in shop. Great work on mechanical upkeep as well. More
