Other than that, HE deserved nothing short of a five-star review. Phenomenal service from all parties, and all who were involved tried their very best to make sure it was affordable and met our needs! Would highly recommend HE because they will negotiate you into a great deal! More
Found a vehicle I liked online. Clicked on a link to query about it late in the evening. Next morning I heard from a representative. I was looking at a yellow 2025 TRAX. HE has the most unprofessional VW service department I have ever seen. I took a 2024 top of the line VW Atlas Premium R-line 4motion in for service (rattle in passenger side panel). The Atlas was bought n have ever seen. I took a 2024 top of the line VW Atlas Premium R-line 4motion in for service (rattle in passenger side panel). The Atlas was bought new at HE about 1-2 months before. I was in the waiting area for 8 hours. The service advisor told me the rear passenger side panel had a problem, and they would have to order a new one. When I drove the car home it had even more rattles from tech pulling panels apart to diagnose. HE came and picked car up to fix panel along other small problems. They kept the vehicle for over two weeks, delivered it back to us and was told all problems were within VW specs. They didn’t replace anything but a clip holding the hood release lever that was falling off in the floor. They didn’t even replace the part they supposedly ordered. I was told prior to delivery by the service advisor that they were going to turn brake rotors to try and eliminate loud brake squeals, and was also told by the service manager they were going to replace serpentine belt to get rid of belt squeals. Neither of these items were done. If you buy from HE and need service don’t believe anything they say. More
