His thoroughness in answering all of my questions made the visit easier because I already felt comfortable working with him. When I arrived, he and Jason Withrow took care of me and they addressed all of my concerns with thoughtful responses. They showed me several cars and encouraged me to test drive different vehicles as I was trying to decide whether to go with manual or an automatic. They were professional and friendly, making me feel at home in their company and never making me feel rushed to make a decision. I settled on a car and was able to drive it home that evening. I bought my 2008 Subaru Legacy from another dealership last year and it had problems from the beginning. I took it back to the dealer several times throughout the year and they replaced nearly every part last year and it had problems from the beginning.
