Claudia Herrera has been my service advisor since I purchased my Vehicle. My sister purchased her Vehicle here prior to me, and switched to Claudia as her advisor a while ago as well. Since then I have only called her due to her product knowledge, timely customer service, and personable manner. She listens to concerns, takes detailed notes, and then explains everything clearly, with sound recommendations. If she is busy with another customer and I leave a message, I always hear back promptly. If she is not scheduled to work a particular day, I am happy to wait to come in when she is there as I know my vehicle will be taken care of. Her positive attitude and friendly personality makes my visit there a pleasant one every time. But most importantly, she is a great service advisor. As a female who previously worked in a different area of the automobile industry, I can relate to her work ethic. Given the service received from her, I will be certain to make Herb Gordon Subaru my first choice for my next Subaru purchase. I hope she will be commended for her efforts. More

Brought the car in to Herb Gordon Subaru and Vitaliy and his mechanic who has serviced our other cars, and estimated repair costs at over $2,000. Brought the car in to Herb Gordon Subaru and Vitaliy and his team diagnosed the issue and found other undiagnosed problems and repaired everythingfor $1,500.
