Called the service desk and was connected Rodney Rogers and to my surprise got me in today and had a loaner car available. My Wife’s Forester was just out of the warranty period, but Rodney managed to get and to my surprise got me in today and had a loaner car available. My Wife’s Forester was just out of the warranty period, but Rodney managed to get the required work (Compressor) fixed for free under a goodwill gesture!! We have been using Herb Gordon as our "goto" garage as we always get great service, prices are fair and the staff are great. Today’s Goodwill gesture is greatly appreciated.
