Big Thanks to Joe Ignoffo I had a very positive experience with Heritage Cadillac. Walking into Heritage, I had a very specific "ask" for my sales professional, Joe Ignoffo. I had a very positive experience with Heritage Cadillac. Walking into Heritage, I had a very specific "ask" for my sales professional, Joe Ignoffo... who listened to me, any delivered on my needs. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for great service and honest consultation on leasing one of the ever improving Cadillac products that continue to come out. Unfortunately, Cadillac has decided to no longer provide complementary maintenance services to its cars under warranty and lease, but that is not the dealership's fault. It's also unfortunate that the lack of warranty and service coverage comes with a third party additional (and expensive) warranty sales pitch at the checkout desk (that borders on threatening)... but other than that I could not ask for a better experience. More
