Pleasant Experience I worked with Fran to find a Certified pre-owned vehicle. I went in unsure of which car I wanted and she was very patient and helpful. I test drove a I worked with Fran to find a Certified pre-owned vehicle. I went in unsure of which car I wanted and she was very patient and helpful. I test drove a ATS and liked it but felt that it wasn't for me. Fran checked inventory and found another vehicle that fit my needs. I test drove it and decided that this was the car that I wanted to buy, of course it was more than I was wanting to spend. I fully expected the typical back and forth headaches but fortunately we were able to work together to get the price where I felt good about it...no headache! Fran was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her! I would have rated the experience five stars but due to having to wait an excessive amount of time to get together with the financial officer (2 hrs!) I rated it four stars. More

Because Cadillac is discontinuing the XTS and CT6, there were not many incentives, and the cost of leasing an My lease of an XTS will end in 5 months. Because Cadillac is discontinuing the XTS and CT6, there were not many incentives, and the cost of leasing another XTS was more than what I was willing to spend. I would probably lease an Lincoln Continental. However, Keith found a 2018 CT6 with acceptable features and at an acceptable price. Hopefully Cadillac will have a new full size sedan before this lease is over. More
