Great experience I was interested in A CTS sedan at Heritage. My sales person Fran Scepanovich was very nice and accommodating she showed me the vehicle and let me tes I was interested in A CTS sedan at Heritage. My sales person Fran Scepanovich was very nice and accommodating she showed me the vehicle and let me test drive it. All the while not pressuring me or pushing too hard on the sale. When it came time for price negotiation it went very well and I was offered a fair price on my trade and on the new vehicle. When I went to the finance department I was offered a couple different finance options and warranties again not overly pressured on anything. All said and done I was very happy with my purchase experience and I’m very happy with my CTS. More
