Great experience !!! I bought a used XT5 on Labor Day and I could not be happier. I did a lot of research and test drove a lot of cars.The minute I walked into the dealers I bought a used XT5 on Labor Day and I could not be happier. I did a lot of research and test drove a lot of cars.The minute I walked into the dealership I was impressed. I had one small issue, my cargo cover was missing, I called the next day, it was nowhere to be found, I received a follow up call from the sales manager that same day and informed me as soon as one became available they would call ( I figured I was out of luck) I got the call from Basil my salesman that they had one in and I could have it free of charge, that they even remembered was amazing !!! I was dreading the process of buying a car....I can honestly say from beginning to end it was a great experience. More

It has been an excruciating wait for Cadillac to produce and deliver these new vehicles to dealer inventory. Because of my interest, Heritage Cadillac has gone out of it's way to keep me informed of possible delivery dates. Frank Wadda has been especially helpful. As it turned out I was able to purchase the first XT4 delivered to the dealership. I am very pleased with the dealership, the sales staff and, of course, the car. It is an amazing piece of technology. The negotiations on price, trade in and final costs were above board and handled in a way that made me feel good about my purchase. I highly recommend Heritage Cadillac as a dealership and Frank Wadda as a sales consultant. More
