great job I took my 2016 SRX into service to get it washed, and made mention that the vehicle wandered right.Mike said after the wash he would drive the vehicl I took my 2016 SRX into service to get it washed, and made mention that the vehicle wandered right.Mike said after the wash he would drive the vehicle with Mark the technician ,and it was determined I had a bad tire. Mike allowed me to use a new vehicle to get home,had Mark the technician put the new tire on and checked to make sure the problem was corrected, with a road test. The vehicle was cleaned again because it rained while it was at the dealership and then it was delivered to my home.
