I appreciate that they showed us all around the dealership and advantages of using the service center especially for free car washes! Our sales person, Fran Scepanovich was FANTASTIC! She, and her boss DAN, worked hard to get us in there with the price we wanted and the CAR we loved!!!!! They took us over to John, who processed our paperwork and when we walked out, our car was in front of us, waiting for us to get in!!! More importantly, Fran and DAN were there waiting also...to see if we had any last minute questions and to run through all the set up in the car computer.....even during a thunderstorm!!!! Thanks Fran!!!! To top all of this off,mr hey sent us on our way with a special gift. A Cadillac blanket which we LOVE!!!!!! YES...we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

Confused customer I have put off this review because we had an unfortunate incident and I'm not sure where to put the blame. First the good: Fran was great. Easy to tal I have put off this review because we had an unfortunate incident and I'm not sure where to put the blame. First the good: Fran was great. Easy to talk to & deal with. The car was as expected and we were prepared to make a quick transaction because we already had our own financing. The bad: The car checked out during our inspection. Next we were taken to the waiting room while the porter washed the car. We ended up waiting over an hour to sign the papers in the financing department! At this point now the dealership was closed! Literally the only people left were us, the finance person, & our sales person Fran. When we finished signing, our car had been parked out in front on the main drive coming into the dealership. It was cold & dark...we walked out the door, got into the car & drove home. Once I pulled into my "lighted" garage I immediately saw a dent above the RF wheel. I thought to myself "how did I miss that?!" When Fran called me to see if I was happy I told her what I found. She confirmed the car was "super clean". Which is what I thought also! I am a very meticulous person & me not seeing a dent would be way out of character. So what happened to this car while we were waiting for the financing department? Heritage Cadillac takes no responsibility for the dent. Lesson learned, do not drive away in the dark no matter how late or cold it is! My recommendation is inspect before & after you finish the deal! This was not a rock bottom used car...I purchased a 2017 Lincoln. Now the car cost me $1200 more than expected because of the repairs. I wanted to leave a great review because I really liked Fran as a sales person. What bothers me more is that no one offered or would even discuss getting this fixed for me! More

Love the car, love the sales person...didn’t love the wait. Although Fran was great, she even bought us a pizza because we had to wait so long. More
