My wife and I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle; although used, it would be new to us. We decided on a Cadillac DTS. Naturally, we looked at dealerships close to home and found one a mile away that we really liked at Lexus of Merrillville. Dejectedly, it was such an incredibly horrible experience that we were inclined to stop the pursuit, having lost faith with car salespeople/ dealerships. However, we really liked the Cadillac DTS, it really fit our needs. So, we searched the web for another and found one at Heritage Cadillac. Fran Scepanovich answered the phone and was exceptionally pleasant. The car was new to their used car lot and there were no pictures yet. Fran went out, took pictures and sent them to me. (Of note, her pictures were far superior to half those found on the web.) Although Heritage is 1½ hours from our house, I drove there to meet with Fran having gained renewed excitement for the DTS following our phone conversation and viewing the pictures. I had a very pleasant test drive and received fantastic explanations for all the car had to offer. Everything Fran had told me on the phone was true. After a few minutes of negotiating, we agreed on a price and put down a deposit. The next day my wife and I returned to purchase the vehicle. It was impeccably clean. Fran again was extremely pleasant. The whole process from start to finish renewed my faith that there are still good honest car salespeople/ dealerships out there. I highly recommend Fran Scepanovich and Heritage Cadillac. I can’t say enough good things on how pleased I am with the new car, Fran’s friendly professionalism and overall comfortableness of the experience. These decisions don’t come easy, but again, Fran Scepanovich really went above and beyond with the pictures, thorough explanations of all the car’s features and how comfortable she made my wife and I feel. I pulled into the dealership and when I got out and started to walk to the pre-owned car door he came out side and greeted us half way till the door. I told him I was looking at a 2014 ATS 2.0T I saw online and he walked us right to them, then he told us of one that just came in to the dealership it was getting it pictures taken of it for the website. we walked to it and when I saw it I was like xxxx that's a sexy looking car with a sunroof. I then test drove it and after that we sat inside and did all the paper work which was the easiest I've ever done he offered us water and cookies as we sat there waiting, he even helped me set up on star.
