Car towed in for "Engine Malfunction" code, motor was cleaned and code wasn't checked, vehicle still waiting to be "looked at" it's a shame the quality of service provided by Cadillac, especially when it considers itself a prestigious brand. Service advisor promised a loaner vehicle and if one wasn't available, they would rent us a vehicle....neither has happened and acts like he doesn't know why the vehicle was brought in. More

I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within less than 24 hours the speedometer was not working so I have absolutely no idea how fast I’m going while driving (picture below shows it stuck at 0 while I was on the highway!) and there’s major transmission issues. Of course it test drove perfectly, but now I am already stuck on the side of the road! After contacting the dealership, they are refusing to do anything about it. I’m not looking to return the vehicle, all I’m asking for is transparency and for them to fix the issues so that my vehicle is functional. Again, they could care less. 5months pregnant with two toddlers stuck waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road after spending $20,000 in cash with $10,000 financed and I have no car within less than three days!
