Due to unforseen circumstances during a family visit to MD I had to purchase a vehicle in a matter of a few days. My choice was a 2010 Chevy Suburban. He was courteous, professional, and patient as we asked questions and took the car on a test drive. His knowledge of the car and GM services helped us solidify our choice and desired options. We were able to reach a deal the next morning with Jerome's help. As the car was being prepared for pick up he kept us updated by phone the entire day. On Wednesday we met with Chris who was able to get us better terms than our own Credit Union! Jerome and the Heritage staff made this experience painless and extermely pleasant. Sonny introduced me to the Chevy Cruz which was a car that I didn't even know existed. At the time I knew I was only interested in three other brands of cars and had no intentions of adding anything to m that I didn't even know existed. After his graceful persuasion to look at the Cruz I knew I had to come back for a second look. He was very informative and helpful. He put in a great amount of time to find me exactly what I wanted. I can honestly say he went above and beyond every time I visited the dealership. The things that I loved about him was that he was very honest, not pushy, very laid back, and not annoying. His customer service was impeccable and he was pleasant to work with.
