Overall great experience Tina main was a great sales person. She went above and beyond to find the car of my liking. My only complaint is while leasing it took them forever to tell me what I will have to pay. I was given a rough estimate. I didn't like that I had to ask 5 times what my leasing price will be. I gave a rough estimate but I wanted a final price prior to accepting a package deal. I don't like that they don't have a car package for the vehicles and just for maintenance package was paying approximately an addition $30+ a month for a new vehicle... not worth it. All the paper felt rushed and the financial person was trying to get me to sign my title over and other legal documents prior to me know my price. She said that she would renew my registration for my new vehicle and when I went back the next day, I received a vague "you can print from online" or " don't worry about the paperwork police can see your sticker on the back" I soon realized my registration was never done. Charles Artman WAS AWESOME!!!! He was a great listener, understood my uncertainty, and created a solution. Overall, this dealership felt like family and everyone was very polite. More
