Professional, Helpful, Friendly. Truly Pleasant Experience For my test drive, Amber and Richard ("Gino") chose the truck that best met my needs and did not try to up-sell me. They are very friendly and accomm For my test drive, Amber and Richard ("Gino") chose the truck that best met my needs and did not try to up-sell me. They are very friendly and accommodating without being overwhelming. Gino politely and candidly told me that he was trying to do everything he could to make the sale work for both of us, but there was no pressure whatsoever. I appreciated his professionalism. All three of us were on the same page. I test drove the truck twice - where I wanted to go. Once Amber heard my music preferences, she programmed the presets accordingly, and the radio was always tuned to my type of music when I entered the vehicle. When she had to leave her desk, she turned her monitor towards me so that I could browse other vehicles online. She made it a priority to answer all my questions. Little things, but they made me feel like more than just a sale. Purchases this large are scary. However, I believe I got the best deal that I could reasonably expect - without pressure or tense negotiations. Typically, I'm suspect of reviews that seem "too good", but they deserve it. Here's my opportunity to show my appreciation. Looks like our names are attached to the review, and I'll stand by it. More

First Time Truck Buyer We were researching trucks to pull our 8,000 lb camper and stopped into the dealership. Our salesman, Scott Clayton, asked all the right questions and We were researching trucks to pull our 8,000 lb camper and stopped into the dealership. Our salesman, Scott Clayton, asked all the right questions and recommended the right truck for our needs. After the test drive, we went to other dealers to research other trucks and we decided on the 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Then I researched online to find if there was a less expensive alternative (new or used) that would fit our needs (new trucks are EXPENSIVE!!!) and decided to lease the truck that Scott had initially recommended. All throughout the process, everything Scott had told us proved to be true and everyone at the dealership was beyond friendly and helpful. It was a great experience! More
