We live in Berks county and was already preapproved for loans when we started our search. We tried dealerships in our area and got the run around to the point we were just ready to give up. I looked up dealerships in Harrisburg area and Freedom came up, I chatted online with Tim Blouch and after explaining to him I didn't want to drag this out and told him what my husband and I were looking for, within minutes Richard Miller from sales called me. I explained that we did not want to be playing games and wanted numbers, trade in values and if we made the deal we just wanted to drive up there and do the transaction and leave. Richard made the entire process unbelievably easy. He managed to do in hours what other dealerships in our area could not do in days. He got us into models that had exactly what we wanted. My husband drove away in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited freedom edition and I drove away in a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude Model. Do not settle for dealerships that want to play numbers games and go with Richard Miller at Freedom Jeep and you will be most satisfied and be in your dream car before you know it.
