Beyond amazing experience After being less than satisfied with the dealer 1 mile from my house (Lancaster Dodge) I went to Freedom in Harrisburg for service on my Ram Limited C After being less than satisfied with the dealer 1 mile from my house (Lancaster Dodge) I went to Freedom in Harrisburg for service on my Ram Limited Cummins 2500. There service staff was the opposite of my local dealer and I felt like they really wanted my business. Their service, follow up and customer focused attitude was best-in-class. Comparable with my Mercedes Benz dealership, I ended up stopping in the sales department and ended up buying a brand new Ram Limited Cummins 2500. They had to find the exact one I wanted but they found her! They made the process easy and were very fair on the trade price and new truck price. I am rarely this impressed with a customer service experience but Freedom far surpassed my expectations. More

Very bad car buying experience I purchased a mini van from freedom and what a mistake that was. First we were shown one vehicle that was very nice but payments were to high. So then I purchased a mini van from freedom and what a mistake that was. First we were shown one vehicle that was very nice but payments were to high. So then we were shown another and told it didn't have all the bells and whistles. Part of this was are fault because we test drove but didn't check all the option on it. Long story short we hate it . What is standard equipment on most cars is not on this much to our surprise. We called Dodge directly and they advise we call dealership. So we did that and were told there was nothing they could do we could not add option even at are expense. Hum mm...so we decided to trade it back in and guess what now there is no reasonable deal they can make us. And that took one week of calling and trying to get a return phone call from sales manager. Short of calling liar which is what I would like to do but I have to be face to face. Let me say he is very misleading. More
