He even bought me dinner because it took a while to deal with my insurance company! Alan cook was also very helpful and consistent in checking in with me about appointments and answering questions I may have had through out the process. Tom (the financial person I went through) was not only helpful, he went above and beyond. He lowered my interest rate substantially, managed to get me approved for more packages than I was at the beginning, and saved me a lot of future hassle and costs if I didn't get those warranties and packages. All around great experience, even with the hiccups from my end! More
