I wasn't going to do this BUT we were VERY disappointed in this dealership or should I say the GM. ( Scott Feinstein). He quoted us a best and final on Sat as our sales man was tied up, and we decided we w in this dealership or should I say the GM. ( Scott Feinstein). He quoted us a best and final on Sat as our sales man was tied up, and we decided we would take the truck later that evening after he called and left a VM. I emailed our sales guy and told him that. We wanted to pay CASH, and they required a credit check which we did not want due to having good credit scores and that pulls it down. We offered a certified check, but the banks were closed Monday so we could not get it then, and they wanted to do the deal Monday as we were told they don't "hold" trucks which I understood. At that point they were offered a Corp. check and we provided a snapshot from our bank act showing the funds were available. That wasn't good enough! I then emailed our salesman stating that they were making it VERY difficult to do a cash deal. We then got a call back Monday from The GM ( above ) and in a VERY CONDESENDING way stated he was not interested in selling the truck to us at that point. All he was worried about was a us giving them a negative survey ( which I don't do anyway). The ONLY reason I am posting here and other sites is he told me ( and others heard in the car as he was on speaker phone) that he would sell it to their competitor and we could buy from them. We contacted their Harrisburg Pa showroom as that was closer than Belair, MD and Harrisburg at first said they could transfer there and sell. We provided all the info that was sent to the OM facility. We Just rcd. a call from Harrisburg (GM ) stating that the Owings Mills showroom won't release the vehicle to them as they have too much activity on it! The GM ( Scott Feinstein ) not only LIED to us BUT apparently reneged on his deal as he felt he could make more money elsewhere. I would NEVER deal with this dealership again and being he has done this WILL not give anyone a referral. We are willing to wait on a vehicle and will take our business to those that are worthy of it! So let those that are greedy have at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owning and operating two business's in Pa I have learnt that you ALWAYS make it right with a customer to prevent things like this from happening. I want to say that Corey Davis has been really outstanding. I came to the dealership with pretty harsh attitude regarding a new car purchase and presented my unhappiness to Corey. He was very professional and listened to my issues, did some investigating and explained to me the situation. While I was not happy with that, Corey really stepped up and put me, the customer first. He worked diligently to come up with a solution and emphasized that he valued me as a customer. He lived up to his words and came through with a resolution and that is something that I both respect and appreciate. He really demonstrated and quite frankly exemplified “customer service” through his actions. He was able to reverse my opinion and renewed my faith in this dealership. Scott Rivenbark made this experience painless! I brought my car in for diagnostics and it was determined that I needed a PCM. Knowing how time consuming maintenance usually takes, Scott set specif I brought my car in for diagnostics and it was determined that I needed a PCM. Knowing how time consuming maintenance usually takes, Scott set specific goals for the work that needed to be done. He kept in constant contact with me every step of the way. I believe he could sense the anxiety in my voice and made me feel confident and secure that my vehicle issue would be resolved. He had a goal to have my vehicle ready and waiting by 5:30pm the same day I dropped it off. His final communication to me was that he had exceeded his goal in having my vehicle ready by 5pm. I was so excited and thankful. Its a holiday weekend and I no longer have to be stressed about my vehicle repairs. My car is running smooth and I am home before 6pm.
