I made a previous car purchase and the deal turned into my worst nightmare. I had not bought a car in 18 yrs. I was targeted and taken totally advantage of. I have paid most high price of bad judgement to obtain vehicle. Thank you Mr smith for turning it around for me.Your professionalism and courtesy made it possible for me to retain some dignity as a consumer. I assure you, if i decide to finally get the Jeep Cherokee you will be the first salesperson I see. Thanks again for you assistance. Now I can sleep at night even though I may have to give up food to pay for the car. (smile) More

My wife and I visited another dealer in the morning and left there disgusted.The other dealer wouldn't give a straight answer on the price. One of your jeeps caught my eye. We stopped and looked. Upon closer review it wasn't exactly what we wanted, but Charles Smith took the time to find us one we liked at a price that was worth driving from PA. for. Charles did such a great job . We've decided to purchase another jeep in the near future. Charles will get my first call! More

This is the THIRD vehicle I've purchased from Joe. It's nice to go into a dealership and have them listen to your wants and needs and not be pressured. Joe has always been very easy to work with and makes my experience wanting to come back. In fact--Joe had to personally drive to the Eastern Shore in order to secure my vehicle from another dealership. I liked the fact---that the sale wasn't about selling something on the lot, but rathar, finding exactly what I was looking for and making it happen! The dealership is well maintained and the entire crew is top notch---including the Sales Manager--Eric and Finance Director--Dave Hoffman. I called and talked to Warren Sullenger who made sure the vehicle I was looking at was still on the lot since we had so far to drive.
