When there were a few problems with the vehicle we wanted, Ken made sure we got another that exactly fit our specifications. There are a lot of rebates available they show on line and to be honest, when talking to other dealers, it felt like a bait and switch. Ken cut out everything that didn't apply, showed us his bottom line and we walked out feeling we got the best deal we could. I've already recommended him to my coworkers.
