I was dealing with a pretty crappy situation where my Grand Cherokee was totaled and I needed a new vehicle. I found Heritage online, and even though I live 1.5 hours away, Ken was so great to work with Grand Cherokee was totaled and I needed a new vehicle. I found Heritage online, and even though I live 1.5 hours away, Ken was so great to work with over the phone, I decided to stick with him for my purchase and he did not disappoint! Ken went above and beyond to help me find something that would work for my budget while still allowing me to stay in the "Jeep family" like I wanted. Tony was also great in financing! He helped walk me through what was and was not necessary to add on and I think I ended up with a pretty great deal :) More

I did most of my negotiating over the phone with my salesman John Ferraiuolo. We came to an agreement on pricing and my wife and I drove 2.5 hours from New Jersey to complete the deal.
