We met with him over a few days. He was patient while we test drove different trucks. He listened to what we wanted and needed. He suggested several options. He did not push any trucks with too many features on to us since that is not what we were looking for. Once we made our selection the buying process was quick and painless. We felt the price was great and this was the first time buying a car that the finance side of the house was quick and painless. The entire buying process from start to finish was so much better than I expected. Tiffany and Umar were awesome. Others in the showroom floor were courteous, opened doors and greeted me every time. The interior was clean and inviting as well. My only negative would be that the service team who supposedly detailed the car did not do a great job. They left what seemed to be product splashes on the inside back passenger doorway. I didn't notice until hours later when a family member brought it to my attention and I was told that the car would be detailed before I received it. This doesn't seem to be the case. I will bring this to their attention and hopefully they will respond in kind. The finance guy Philip (Philo) was awesome as well. He broke down the numbers, was clearly very knowledgeable about finance and even made suggestions of how to get the most long term value from my purchase. Thanks to everyone, except the detail personnel for making this experience so much better than I expected. It's been over 10yrs since I purchased an new (used) car and I will definitely consider Heritage in Owings Mills, MD as my dealer of choice when I'm ready to trade up. Hopefully Tiffany I. is still there making it happen because she will be my first choice of salesperson to work with. Great job Tiff! More
