Jared made sure I left with a vehicle I was highly satisfied with and I found myself upgrading my 2013 Durango for a 2019 model with upgraded features. Unfortunately I was not offered gap insuran satisfied with and I found myself upgrading my 2013 Durango for a 2019 model with upgraded features. Unfortunately I was not offered gap insurance which I always get; and being rushed through the document part after a long day i don’t have it. That’s a glaring error that will likely have negative impact on my overall review of Heritage should something happen where I need gap insurance. More
