Although a little more outside my price range, John was receptive to negotiations, resulting in a deal! This purchase was for my daughter's 21st Birthday to which John proposed the SURPRISE showroom delivery. He made completing the paperwork in advance easy to minimize time spent on "delivery/pick up/birthday". This was an exceptional day considering the vehicle was one that my daughter and her father discussed since she was little. Unfortunately given his passing three years prior, he could not be present to experience her cheers, excitement, and tears, but I know he was in spirit. I am genuinely grateful for John's suggestion and making my daughter's dream come true. John continues to check-in and went above and beyond to correct a small repair so as not to inconvenience us.
