Great Car Buying Experience I recently had one of the best car-buying experiences at Heritage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Fiat of Owings Mills. My wife' s car had died, so it was time I recently had one of the best car-buying experiences at Heritage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Fiat of Owings Mills. My wife' s car had died, so it was time for a new one. We chose to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Having had a terrible experience at another dealership the day before, we were very skeptical of Heritage. They only had 1 car on their lot of the model we wanted plus 2 more choices at their sister store. We insisted that all 3 vehicles be at Heritage Owings Mills when we came out to look at them, citing the terrible experience the day before when--one of the handful of things that went wrong--was our dismay to find out that the model we were coming to see had just been sold. From Heritage, I was dealing primarily with Sales Person, McKayla Harris, and a couple times with her Sales Manager, Marcus Heflin. In short, McKayla was AWESOME! She ensured that all 3 vehicles were at the dealership by the time my wife and I came to check them out. McKayla was very knowledgeable, very accommodating, very personable and basically a pleasure to work with! Her goal was clearly to provide us with a good car-buying experience, which she did with flying colors. Coincidentally, the vehicle we ended up purchasing was one of the ones that McKayla drove down herself from Heritage's sister store! She was very attentive to our needs. She didn't use any cheap salesman tactics. She didn't even try to 'push' anything extra on us. She simply stated the extras and allowed us to evaluate and decide. We opted for no extras, and this had zero bearing on McKayla. She continued to be a pleasure to work with, right until the end when the vehicle was cleaned and brought out for us. Not only would I recommend buying a vehicle from Heritage, but I would highly recommend that people ask specifically for McKayla Harris. They won't regret it! More

I conducted my own research in advance, prior to meeting John. There was no pressure to purchase. Although a little more outside my price range, John was receptive to negotiations, resulting in a deal! This purchase was for my daughter's 21st Birthday to which John proposed the SURPRISE showroom delivery. He made completing the paperwork in advance easy to minimize time spent on "delivery/pick up/birthday". This was an exceptional day considering the vehicle was one that my daughter and her father discussed since she was little. Unfortunately given his passing three years prior, he could not be present to experience her cheers, excitement, and tears, but I know he was in spirit. I am genuinely grateful for John's suggestion and making my daughter's dream come true. John continues to check-in and went above and beyond to correct a small repair so as not to inconvenience us.
