Worst customer experience ever Brought my vehicle in for regular service - oil change and tire rotation. Took them 2 days to do even though I had an appointment. They found an issue with my vehicle and it took them 2 weeks to do the work. They would not return my calls to obtain a status of my vehicle or an estimate of the charges. Poorest customer service I have ever had. I would not go back to this dealership. Management acknowledged they had an ongoing customer service issue and didn’t seem to care. More
