Let's be honest, dealing with a car salesman is the last thing anyone wants to do... but McKayla was super friendly, respectful and honest from the first phone call! She was actually the first and last person I worked with, in a giant sea of over 15 dealerships around our area. I live in Philadelphia and had to do all negotiations over the phone before making the two hour drive to Maryland. McKayla had us work with her manager Justin to confirm the car details before heading over. The visit was very welcoming and comfortable, McKayla even greeted us at the door and was able to recognize us from our ID photos. It was a great and short experience as we got to hang out with McKayla and Renee while signing all of the paperwork without much downtime in between. All in all, we came out with an amazing deal on a brand new Jeep and I was so thankful to have such a great team assisting me along the way! It's hard not to feel like you're playing for opposing teams when trying to buy a car from a salesman, but I honestly felt at home with the staff at Heritage and I know I can contact them for anything I may need in the future. Did I mention the pricing was beyond anything I could have asked for?! The best thing is, their website prices don't lie, like most other dealerships! I went in looking for a few gadgets on my new car, with most dealers giving me the run around and charging obscene prices. I'm still in disbelief, but somehow I drove away with all of the bells and whistles I could have possibly added to my Jeep for WAYYYY below what all of the other dealerships were quoting me for even a tenth of the extra packages!
