Hardworking and Understanding After having our previous vehicles for 12 years we were in the market to buy two vehicles at the same time, which obviously can get expensive. My wif After having our previous vehicles for 12 years we were in the market to buy two vehicles at the same time, which obviously can get expensive. My wife and I had poor first car buying experiences and were reluctant to go through it again. Tim took the time to understand what we were individually looking for and what would fit within our budget. He offered suggestions and advice along the way, remaining patience as we tried to make informed decisions. He was very realistic and honest with us and helped keep us within our price point. At no point did we feel pressured or feel we were being up-sold into something we couldn't afford. With Tim's help, we managed to purchase two new vehicles that fit us both ideally and remained affordable. We had even gone in on a Monday evening and, with all the paperwork associated with the two vehicles, kept Tim at work hours after the dealership had closed. The entire time he remained professional and never tried to rush us. He even offered to show us features of the cars and connect our phones at 11pm. After the vehicles were purchased Tim still continued to help us. I thought I had a large scratch on the hood of one vehicles (turned out to be a grease pen marking), Tim had it fixed the same day. During the complete buying process we felt like our needs and wants were being met. Tim was open and honest with us, explained every step of the process, and assisted in every way he could. I can't say when we will be buying vehicles again but I do know when it comes time we will be going back to Tim. More

Worst experience ever This was the worst experience, buying a car...EVER. I was told it wouldn’t be a hard hit on my credit and there was actually THREE hard inquiries. I p This was the worst experience, buying a car...EVER. I was told it wouldn’t be a hard hit on my credit and there was actually THREE hard inquiries. I put $15,500.00 down and they called First Financial Federal Credit Union to confirm my preapproval. Plus they even spoke with the guy at FFFCU and they still pulled my credit and had me fill out an application. The car was supposed to be identical to the one I test drove except for the 4X4, would be front wheel drive instead...it’s NOT. I couldn’t test drive it because the men who went to pick it up from another location...RAN OUT OF GAS. I got there around 12:30-1 I didn’t leave until closing time. By the time they got back with this vehicle, they still had to wash it. Then it was time for them to close. I told them the console thing wasn’t clipped. He said it clipped right back in. I ended up having to take it back for it to be fixed...it’s still NOT fixed. Did I mention...I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS VEHICLE? If not...I HATE THIS VEHICLE! They did get me a spare tire kit, since there wasn’t one in there, like the first car I drove. The first manager who worked with John. I called him. He said he’d call me back...HE NEVER DID. I called again, left another message. Still no call. Finally, I called left a message with Tony. He called me back immediately. He was super nice and helpful. More
