Worst experience and customer service Let me start by saying I'm an experienced car buyer. I have been to this dealer before and had a positive experience a year ago when I bought my jeep. Let me start by saying I'm an experienced car buyer. I have been to this dealer before and had a positive experience a year ago when I bought my jeep. But boy have the times changed. I called and wanted to buy a Pacifica 2018 model and talked to John. I told him what I wanted and he said he would call me back. 3 hours later no call so I email him and he calls back. Offers me some insane lease number Justin gave him and tells me this does not include my trade which it did. The guy tells me what I want to pay is not realistic and that I should have read the fine print on their incentives. I asked him for the price of the vehicle and he didn't know his numbers and couldn't answer any of my questions. John was unprepared, gave me very low appraisal and showed no interest in selling me a car. I have never been treated this way by any dealer so I'm disappointed. I later got an email from Justin saying sorry I wasn't happy and there was a misunderstanding. So emailed him back and told him what another dealer gave me and that I wanted to give them another shot. Justin never emailed me back or called like I asked. This tells me everything I need to know from this dealer. Glad I'm buying from another dealer nearby. More

A new JEEP lover We were in the market for a full size SUV. Although we loved the car, our experience was less then desirable- thus is how we fell upon Heritage Jeep of Owings Mills. I was randomly paired with John and he took my call to heart and set out to look for the perfect Grand Cherokee. John was efficient but not pushy or overbearing in any way. Tony and Justin, from management were pleasant to work with and willing to make it so my husband and I were comfortable with our monthly lease payments. Before we drove away in our brand new vehicle, John said that he hoped that this is only the begining of our relationship.
