Very good buying experience. I drove 130 miles to Heritage from NJ with my wife, because the dealership had a car my wife wanted. I mean model, color and quoted a good ePrice. He is the best. Also, the manager - mr. Mazurek was very helpful and found extra discount for us since my wife worked for IBM. We have a very positive experience buying a car. One thing I have to mention. I was very surprised when I was disqualified from Chrysler discount related to some sort non-prime credit buyers (or so called like this). The sum was like ~1250 dollars. The reason was that my credit score is 847 and far above 650. If I have below 650, I would get this discount!!! This is embarrassing! Chrysler corp. supports customers who actually do not pay their bills and punishes honest working class buyers. I will address this issue to Chrysler later in my complaint to Chrysler. As first-time buyers from a dealership we were very skeptical of the sales aspect, due to many horror stories heard of the years. A fear and concern that he disproved almost immediately. He was very patient and kind, and handled our anxiousness with grace and reassurance. He took every opportunity to educate us on our options so we could feel secure and confident in our decision. Once we had all of our options in front of us and we were ready to make a decision, he spent the following day Gathering and preparing our sale and made the process an absolute breeze. We live an hour away from the dealership and thanks to his hard work and thoroughness we were able to drive up yesterday evening and sign paperwork and have a beautiful and smooth transition that was almost completely effortless on our part! I and my mother were absolutely please beyond words with his regard to his customers.
