I made the trip from Lancaster to Baltimore (because everything is better in Maryland) and was prepared for the worst. What I got instead was respect, kindness, and an amazing Jeep. Mike was so much fun. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and so kind. Since bringing the vehicle home, I have discovered a few things that have concerned me. for example, a tear in the leather in the back seat and no fl Since bringing the vehicle home, I have discovered a few things that have concerned me. for example, a tear in the leather in the back seat and no floor mats for the driver and passenger. In my opinion, both should have been disclosed, but I can also take the blame since I did not discover them myself. The most upsetting fact is when I specifically asked about the towing package and Mike said the vehicle had it but on the R/T model it had a plastic plate to cover it. I took the word of your sales person and moved on only to later discover there is no towing package. In contrast, when I was asked if my trade-in had any body work, I was honest and informed Mike of some body work that could have gone unnoticed. I chose your dealership based on the recommendation of USAA, I will also be posting this review with them as well. More
