He thoroughly explained the vehicle and spent from 10am-5pm making sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. He even delivered the car the next day and it is absolutely beautiful. I gave an excellent rating to Mr. Herb Thomas because he made it happen! I thought I'd be given a hard way to go when I decided to purchase a new vehicle, but he worked with me. He had superior customer s made it happen! I thought I'd be given a hard way to go when I decided to purchase a new vehicle, but he worked with me. He had superior customer service, making sure I was comfortable while I waited; he even offered a beverage. The quality of work was appropriate. Because I had a specific car and color I wanted, he called around to other locations in an attempt to locate the vehicle I wanted, and he drove me to one of the lots to look at other cars in search of the vehicle I wanted. He was very friendly. When I became unsure of the car and deal, he was patient and informative; and even had casual conversation to ease the situation. I've purchased a few cars, but overall this was the best experience. Mr. Thomas even made sure I knew how to operate some of the gadgets in my new car before I pulled off of the lot. And, considering my situation, the price was great! I'll be recommending my friends! More
