I will never purchase a vehicle from this, or any mile one dealership again. 3 years ago I purchased my first and second wranglers from this dealership and had a pleasant experience so I figured I would t one dealership again. 3 years ago I purchased my first and second wranglers from this dealership and had a pleasant experience so I figured I would try again. Well, John Young was the salesman who gave me my Internet quote. My request was simple, a white wrangler unlimited as close to base model as I can get. I did not need any of the options. John's offer seemed great at first, but then things went south. When I called to confirm the specs of the wrangler, John was off and another salesman was looking at the offer. He said it looks like a wrangler unlimited, but when I started inquiring about the options he did not have the info. I asked for him to email me a copy of the window sticker so I could see for myself. Later that day, I got the email and at the very top of the page it clearly stated it was a 2-door wrangler and not the unlimited like I had requested. I pointed this out to the salesman only to be told that they made a mistake, but the good news was that the jeep they offered me( as described on the Internet quote) was in stock and would only cost $5,000 more. Attempt after attempt to try and get them to honor their offer and all I got was "sorry we made a mistake". They claimed there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line. Not sure how that could have happened when even the salesman who was filling in for John Young was able to pick up the offer and tell me the quote was for an unlimited. I found this whole experience to be a disgrace. I worked in retail sales for 12 years. Whenever a mistake was made, the customer was ALWAYS taken care of. More

I had not planned on buying a new truck, but it became neccessary. When I got to the dealership I met Gabe. Gabe is an excellent salesman. He listens well and isn't pushy. He took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the Ram 1500 we were driving and the competitions full size trucks. I shopped full size pick ups from Ford and Chevy as well. In the end the Guys at Heritage gave me the best service, best price, and most options. They were fast and efficient, and scheduled my appointment for add ons 2 days after delivery. The service department kept me updated on their progress and it was completed quickly.I am completely satisfied with my purchasing experience at Heritage, and I have very high standards. The 1500 Ram is a great truck! This is my second Dodge vehicle and I am now a Dodge MAN for life. As Long as Heritage is here that's where I will buy and have my vehicles serviced. Well. I'm back...my review of 10/2010 is still posted and my experience was the same this visit as it was the last time I purchased a new vehicle at Heritage! I first dealt with Kristin in the Inernet Depar my experience was the same this visit as it was the last time I purchased a new vehicle at Heritage! I first dealt with Kristin in the Inernet Department and she walked me through some financing options on both of my selected Jeeps and offered that there were rebates on one and not the other. When I did get to the dealership about a week after initially having made contact with Kristin I met her and was introduced to a young fellow by the name of Gabe. The experience, as I said, was the same in February 2012 as it was in October of 2010. Although I did spend a bit longer at the dealership than I intended, I received fair value for my trade-in (a 2007 Caliber, not the one I bought back on the October visit!), what I feel was a reasonable price for the new Jeep, and left Heritage yesterday with a fully outfitted 2012 Jeep Liberty. Gabe and Kristin made this visit (and subsequent purchase) an enjoyable and "stressless" experience. I have dealt with a Chrysler Jeep dealer much closer to my home in the past, but I truly feel that Heritage makes the researching/selecting/test driving/buying such a pleasant venture that I would not consider going anywhere else! I live in Harford county, and John the internet guy, said he would be glad to send someone up to have me test drive the car. It was such a wonderful unstressful experence. She spent almost 45 min teaching me everything about my new car, and even hooked up my phone to bluetooth. Mike was our salesman and we also worked with Brad in the financial department. Mike was so interested in our needs and wants rather than what he wanted to sell us. He was patient with us yet aggressive when it came to finding the right car at the right price. He was constantly on the lookout for the best car for us at the best price and he found it. I felt as though I was working with family who wanted the best for us rather than just some sales guy trying to make a dollar.
