When I got to the dealer I talked to Mike who told me everything I wanted to know about the truck and showed it to me inside-out. I came back later that day with my trade in and left with the truck in about two hours. The buying process was fast, pleasant and efficient. According to Kelly Blue Book value I paid $230 less than what the truck is worth. MOST IMPORTANTLY I was treated with RESPECT by everyone I encountered (including the lady on the phone whom I called five time with questions). I was blown away by the experience at this dealership!
