Our salesman, Jeff Webber, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our questions and concerns in great detail. Jeff worked at length (and spoke that much too...lol) to help us get what we wanted in the price range we could afford. Even after the first visit he followed up with phone calls trying to find a way to hel help us get what we wanted in the price range we could afford. Even after the first visit he followed up with phone calls trying to find a way to help us out. Even finance stepped in and helped out giving us the best possible deal. Everyone was very friendly and explained our options throughout the sales process. I wish we would have seen what other vehicle colors and options were available in the area. We were not given a opera throughout the sales process. I wish we would have seen what other vehicle colors and options were available in the area. We were not given a operators manual and after returning to the dealership were promised to receive a manual in the mail. It has been 4 months now and we still have not received our manuals - despite numerous calls to the dealership. We think we are coming up on our first maintenance but can't verify without the manual. We also realized that the salesperson did not understand the vehicle's four-wheel drive capability. The salesperson explained to us on the lot that the vehicle will automatically put the appropriate torque on the wheel that is slipping. We learned after purchasing the vehicle that it has a Quadra-Trac I, which splits power 50/50 between the front and rear axles not a Quadra-Trac II like he explained. Obviously we should have known better prior to buying but the dealership needs to better train their sales staff. We have received our manual. Thank you very much! No one from sales has contacted me. We've brought my wife's car in several times over the past month. First it was the water pump and serpentine belt, then it was the compressor, and now it's something else. Even though these are all inter past month. First it was the water pump and serpentine belt, then it was the compressor, and now it's something else. Even though these are all interrelated things, as admitted by the dealership, they're not honoring the 12 month warranty on the parts and covering our costs. I've had similar problems with my VW Passat. The car was taken in for a routine maintenance, and lo and behold, they break the brake fluid resevoir, and it's my responsibility to pay for it. Clearly, the quality of work is bad. The website claims that their top priority is customer satisfaction and quality, and yet, their quality of workmanship is very poor. The price is bad becuase I continue to waste money on new and developing problems that continue to crop up even though they say the car is "fine" More
Brad Scammell - Worked harder thank any car salesman I have ever had to deal with in the eight cars that I have purchased. I gave him all of the informaton needed to process a deal and this gentleman went have ever had to deal with in the eight cars that I have purchased. I gave him all of the informaton needed to process a deal and this gentleman went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with my deal. He was very honest with any questions or concerns that I had. Mike Kydd- Was very pleasant and very informative on the vehicle I purchased. It was a pleaseant experience having a knowledgeable salesman to provide you with all of the answers to your questions and all of the features and performance of the vehicled I purchased. Mel Smith - I am sure I put Mel through the test of time. I had no apprehension whatsoever in discussing my financial situation with him and he was very prepared with everything needed to make my final step a smooth one. I am so fortunate to have found a group of gentlemen that are as professional, skilled and pleasant as the three of them. Thank you all for making a stressfull situation a pleasant one. This was my experience, their many good people working hard in this company, some others whom just get by as in most business today. To be honest the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle needs to rev hard in this company, some others whom just get by as in most business today. To be honest the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle needs to reviewed & revamped it is not customer friendly. At most dealerships, nowadays you start at point "A" and go through maybe 5 different people if your lucky before you can leave with that vehicle but I had originally I contacted Jeep Heritage Mile One of Parkville, MD. Via the internet. John was good and helpful but I do not like building rapport to be passed around like a toy on some assembly line, No one told me that Chad would be my sales man and there was no warm introduction from him via the email from John introducing Chad, as my salesman, I just got quick phone message from him. John did come and greet me and up till then all my contacts were with him, and said Chad would be helping me from here, well I spent a lot of time applying online for pre-approval, & basically this meant nothing because I was told by Chad that online system does not communicate with their in house one. So I had to re-apply for financing this was not good example of respecting my time. I was also introduced to Brad never got his last name but he was the one who gave Chad the figures for the trade so I guessed he was a manager? I told Chad that I had stated online the month payment I was looking for and that I was drove 2.5 hours to get to this dealership. I expected them to be pre-paired with financing options when I arrived but this was not, Chad was short and not understanding or listening to me he had his agenda and that was it no compromising with him so I actual Thanked him and left because the numbers where not right for me! Brad then approached me outside while I was backing up to leave and extended the offer to listen to me, so I said fine, I went back in sat in his office he then got me something to drink, and he listened to what I explained what I did online and what payment I was looking for some how this was overlooked Chad was basically this it kinda of guy, Brad then stated he would see what he could do because he was aware of the distance I had traveled. After a few minutes we got closer, and then the negotiation turned into an agreement and a done deal, well Brad passed me back to Chad, who then passed back over to Finance Manager, you start to see the process almost seems like a game of lets wear you down to get you to say yes. He was nice and informative but I wanted nothing at that point so anything he was selling was NO, Ok finally signed and done I then got passed back to Chad whom showed me the vehicle, and because it was late does not cover the whole window sticker with me and all of my available options. When I called him looking for the adapter for the engine heater he was clueless, completely unaware and told me to it take to local dealer for them to find it after a few minutes of searching manuals and a phone call, the tech found it sitting under the battery the wiring harness had not been routed to the front of the motor so it could be plugged in, I told the tech I would handle it and I left. I arrived home the jeep was beautiful and my wife loved it, it is her jeep now and a happy wife which equals a happy life! I then realized there was a national promotion which was not offered to me during the sale, and after a couple calls Mrs. Spivak, & Mr. Perz responded to me ASAP with true professionalism, It was then I was offered the promotion which should had been offered to me and they made sure I was taken care of properly without any hesitation. So in the END Heritage Jeep is Great Company with Great Deals when you get the Right People to respond. Jeep is now part of my family's "Good Life" More
