My family and I have been purchasing cars from Towson Ford since 1959, we are personal friends of the owners and I and their son were school chums in prep school. I have never driven anything but ford products and have been extremely pleased. Since ford no longer has a vehicle to offer me I looked elsewhere. I checked out every Minivan available. When I looked toward chrysler, I did something I had never before done and that was to start by checking on the computer. Chrysler had a questionaire about what car I wanted and where I was located. Chad was the first to respond and that bodes well in my world. We chatted on the phone and then came to see him. We (my wife and I are both almost 60 so we are not youngsters) were not in a hurry to make this purchase and had specific needs to be met. Let me say that Chad was patient, accomodating, resourseful, polite and respectful. Most impotantly, he lived up to his every promise to follow through with what we needed and helping us find it. I was a bit skeptical since I had never dealt with you all before but he put my every question to rest! It was the car buying experience that every consumer would like to have. We then went on to Karen in Finance. What a delight, she explained all that we neede to know and expedited the transaction with profesionalism and grace. She to is an asset to your dealership. Please know that as a result of the adept behavior of these two talented employees, you now have two very satisfied and loyal customers. More

I sent out a reque customer for life! (do not adjust your monitor - this review is from a real satisfied customer) I was an internet car buyer. I sent out a request for info from Chrysler's home website 2 weeks ago and waited. I made it clear that I wanted a brand new 300 limited and what my budget was. I got a ton of generic emails back (bot responses) about how much everyone wanted my business - but no real info that would give me reason to buy. Maybe noone would respond because I admitted that I had been in the car business before and knew the tricks of the trade. Maybe noone responded because I asked for 3 things up front without stepping into the dealership: lowest price, highest trade, and honest service. Crickets... until Brad Scammell contacted me and provided all 3 and then some. By the time I finally talked to Brad - I told him it wasn't worth working the deal anymore because I was way out of my budget range. I had visited several other dealerships that had promised the world - but delivered nothing. Great sales price but terrible trade allowance. High trade value but full sticker price. Even Edmunds will tell you nobody else pays sticker. I told Brad that it was hopeless: Brad asked me to give him a shot; so I did. Today I drove home in a brand new Ivory Tri-Coat fully loaded 300 Limited - because of Brad, Shawn, Karen, and the Heritage experience. Brad gave me up-front numbers, breaking things down line by line, and stayed in contact with me over a 2 week period to answer every one of my apprehensive 'too good to be true' questions. Shawn took care of me when I got to the dealership; giving me the numbers I discussed with Shawn - no changes like you usually get. Even helped me move my stuff from my old vehicle to the new one since I was running late. Karen in finance explained every option and warranty package and gave me the reasurrance I needed to walk out of Heritage knowing that I had made the best choice. Brad Scammell (Manager), Shawn Jeffries (Sales), and Karen Waterhouse (F&I) are assets to the Heritage & Mile One family and I thank all three for their time, commitment, and efforts to do right by their customers. Overall experience was great! Mike was very friendly and I couldn't have asked for better service.
