Went over all the features of my car, in truth alot of his explainations made more sense then the manual. Mr Arandre Powell was very helpful with the finalization process. Explaining each detail of different warranties. Making sure I understood and showing how much each would effect the total price. He actually went over a the warranties a second time as I signed each of the forms, for my benefit. Couldn't be happier with Heritage. I didn't tell them that I had been researching into Grand Cherokee's about a week before I even came in. They actually turned out to be about close to 1500 cheaper then some of the others I looked at, by my estimate. When I factored in the warranties and overall cost of vehicle with the features I wanted. Overall good experience. Both Hal and especially Nick seemed to be very knowledgeable in the GC line, were very easy to work with and offered a very reasonable price. What should have taken 15 minutes or less (Due to Nick's preparedness) ended up taking almost 2 hours while I waited for the financing guru. I do understand that mid-afternoon on a Tuesday is probably not the busiest time to close deals at a auto dealership, so I understanding staffing only one paperwork signer at that time slot which led to the delay. Again, very positive overall experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and Heritage to friends, family or colleages that were in the market for a new vehicle. More

I had a specific vehicle in mind so I was looking for a place that had a selection of used Jeep Libertys and also a varied selection of 4 door cars so my brother and I could [hopefully] each buy a vehicle at the same time. Jon Jackson was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy or overbearing. I liked that very much. Jim, the Sales Manager [I misplaced the card with his last name]was also very professional, friendly and sincere. We were honest with them in what we were trying to do, and they were honest with us. We were able to reach a nice deal without a lot of back and forth, and without any game-playing. The overall experience was so good that I have been recommending this dealership to anyone I talk to, although at this point no one I am talking with is actually in the market to buy. But I am letting everyone know what a reliable and capable dealership this is. The only problem I have is that my Jeep Liberty 2008 did not come with the Owners Manual. I did call and leave a message about that, asking if/how I could get one. To date, I have not been called back. I called on Monday, May 3, 2 days after I purchased the Jeep. More
