Overall good experience. Both Hal and especially Nick seemed to be very knowledgeable in the GC line, were very easy to work with and offered a very reasonable price. What should have taken 15 minutes or less (Due to Nick's preparedness) ended up taking almost 2 hours while I waited for the financing guru. I do understand that mid-afternoon on a Tuesday is probably not the busiest time to close deals at a auto dealership, so I understanding staffing only one paperwork signer at that time slot which led to the delay. I had a specific vehicle in mind so I was looking for a place that had a selection of used Jeep Libertys and also a varied selection of 4 door cars so my brother and I could [hopefully] each buy a vehicle at the same time. Jon Jackson was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy or overbearing. I liked that very much. Jim, the Sales Manager [I misplaced the card with his last name]was also very professional, friendly and sincere. We were honest with them in what we were trying to do, and they were honest with us. We were able to reach a nice deal without a lot of back and forth, and without any game-playing. The overall experience was so good that I have been recommending this dealership to anyone I talk to, although at this point no one I am talking with is actually in the market to buy. But I am letting everyone know what a reliable and capable dealership this is. The only problem I have is that my Jeep Liberty 2008 did not come with the Owners Manual.
