Helped learn about the car (to the degree I wanted) and a very knowledgeable and non-pressure financing (you know how bad it could be when they try to sell you all those add-ons, well that did not happen. Rather the Finance manager asked me about what was important to me and how long I expected to keep the car to make sure he arranged the right financing and recommendations. My wife and I went in and spoke almost completely with Nick Brilhart when buying our new 2011 Jeep Patriot. Unfortunately, the next morning when we woke up we saw some scratches on our Jeep we hadn't noticed the previous day (because it was raining when we purchased it). I called Nick and informed him of the situation. I was immediately met with hesitation and an unspoken reluctance to help. I brought the Jeep back to him, and he had his guys buff the scratches out, but the compound they used was instantly removed the next day by rainwater. I'm still dealing with getting them to remove the scratches. I must say, that while going through the process of buying the car, I couldn't have been any happier than Nick made us. But after informing hi if the scratches, all I can say is I wish he had shown the same generosity and willingness to help as he showed the day we bought the Jeep. I would recommend the dealership, but make sure your vehicle doesn't have any defects BEFORE you drive off the lot. More

I have already told everyone about the dealership! By the way, I purchased a car from Heritage Mile One about 3 years ago, and they honored that by allowing me to trade my car in with no money down! I might as well tell you the whole story: I came in with a 2005 Chevy Cobalt; 24 hours later I picked up my brand new 2011 Chrystler 200! That's right 200 not 300! (Most people I meet say they have never heard of my car before!) The car is remarkable and has so many safety features. (The safety features caused my insurance to be reduced by $30 a month!) By the way, did I mention the guys in "special finance" cut my interest rate in half. But even before that, Jay and Brad would not allow me to buy a used car (which is what I wanted) when I came in. They both thought it would be best for me to leave with something that suited my style, costs only $40 more a month than my Cobalt, and had a total of 8 years of warranty (100,000 mile, bumper to bumper, power train warranty and gap insurance coverage included)!!! These guys are amazing! (Guys if you are reading this, I will be back in 4 years to make another trade ... or sooner just to see your faces!) I've wanted a Dodge Challenger for over twenty years, and when my ten-year-old Cavalier finally bit the dust, I came in to Heritage to see what they had to offer. After a great test drive in the top-of-the line edition, I made it clear that it was out of my price range. So Shawn found something almost identical that was priced for me. He worked hard to get my business, determined to get me what I wanted, but not aggressive in making the deal. I left Heritage to shop around. At other dealerships the salespeople were sleazy, aggressive, pushy, but I almost bought a worse vehicle because the price was lower. I called Shawn to tell him I was going with another option, and he worked magic to get my business back. I'm in the car of my dreams at a price I can afford. In the month since buying, I brought the car in for service once over a funny noise. Turns out, I'd left a coat hanger hanging and it was scratching against the inside of the car, sounding like the chassis was falling off. They spent half an hour going through the car to see what was wrong, found the stealth hangar, and did not charge for the time I'd wasted. They have a great sense of humor, a great work ethic, a great team, and they've earned my business and my trust long-term. More
