Overall the buying experience was very good. Entire staff is professional, polite and friendly. Nick Brilhart was my salesman. The buying process was faster than I’ve experienced before at other dealerships. From time of walk-in, we completed a test drive and all paperwork in about 2 hours. Price was fair, could have been better but still lower than a comparable CarMax offering. Only improvement I would suggest, the vehicle could have been a little cleaner when I arrived. Had some dirt/mud on the floor mats, noticed some other minor smudges throughout and I later found some trash under the seats. Car could have used another detailing. Only other issue, I had a check engine light come on just minutes after leaving the dealership but the service department has addressed the situation. George in the service department is extremely professional, friendly and helped get me in and out promptly. Car buying is what it is; all things considered I would recommend this dealership! More

You know when you go to buy a new vehicle you go to multiple dealers to get the best price for the purchase and trade. In this case Laron made it easy, I didnt have to visit another dealer. Up until today, I would have given "top 10" type of scores. A really good experience... However, after sitting at the MVA for over two hours, I now am challenged to even consider a score of type of scores. A really good experience... However, after sitting at the MVA for over two hours, I now am challenged to even consider a score of 1 or 2. My Experience with looking, price, friednliness, all TENs (or in your case, 5's) Now the unfortunate... Seems as though the dealer has not completed any title work in the past5 days. I cannot transfer my Organizational "National Guard" License Plates at the dealer, or at the MVA. 2 hours of my time lost that I can never get back. As well, the MVA suggested I turn in my orgaization tag, since the car they were on is no longer being insured, and hopefully avoid the $150.00 "No insurance" fee I am about to be charged, because I no longer have the insurance coverage on the vehicle which I traded in... Gets better... in order to have my organizational plates re-issued, I have to get my comanding officer's signature on a new application (did I mention the CO is in Afganistan?) that I would provide to the MVA to get new National Guard Organizational Plates. There has been some questions around the validity of the transfer being made and if even able to get completed. It is possible. My National Guard Plates have been on three previous vehicles and each of the times I purchased a car, I did not have any delay's or trips to the MVA. I am very frustrated at this point and dont know whom to turn to... The team leader at the MVA says the dealer has to complete the paper work and the dealer rep is saying I have to complete this my self at the MVA... Chicken or the Egg... More

We were willing to take a chance and drive two hours to see a used Grand Caravan we were interested in from Heritage's website. Laron and my husband had several phone calls and email exchanges and my husband felt very confident it would be worth the trip. Their used inventory was definitely fairly and competitively priced. Laron made the buying experience enjoyable because he gave us the facts but there were no high pressure sales tactics used. We ended up with a vehicle we are very happy with at a very reasonable price. Given our tight budget, I was starting to lose hope, but Laron was a pleasure to do business with. The finance/business manager was also extremely professional and friendly - again - he offered the packages to sell, but did not push anything on us. Even for those coming from out of town, like we did, I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
