The process was painless. Whole transaction was completed on the internet. You even got the Jeep I wanted from another dealer and for $500 less. My only complaint was in prepping my new Jeep. The Jeep was on the internet. You even got the Jeep I wanted from another dealer and for $500 less. My only complaint was in prepping my new Jeep. The Jeep was driven to Heritage from another dealer and I wanted you to inspect the vehicle, make adjustments if needed and prep the Jeep before I took it home. Sales wanted me to take it off the lot right then and there, you were even willing to hold the check for 3 days just to get the car off the lot. I was told you would prep it while we did the paperwork. It appeared the only prep was taking off the stickers. More
I had a very easy purchase of a new car. They had what I wanted on the lot, I drove it, and bought it. Chad was very thorough with following up with what I wanted and arranging an appointment for me to purchase the car. My one and only complaint is, it took too long. I had an appointment to buy the car a t 1 PM. I arrived at 1 and was told the car was being cleaned and readied. It was close to 2 pm when I got to the test drive and spent most of the afternoon buying the car. I didn't get home until almost 7 PM. I felt like it took too long to purchase the car. Everyone in the shop was friendly, smiling and nice, I just didn't intend to spend the day there. But, I LOVE my car. They also set up a loaner car for me to use when I had to return to have the "environmental package" installed. I really appreciated that. If their service department is as easy to work with as the sales staff, they will have a customer for life. More

I'm not an easy customer. I research vehicles weeks before stepping into a dealership, and then scout dealerships while test driving vehicles to get a sense of the staff. I'm also very particular when before stepping into a dealership, and then scout dealerships while test driving vehicles to get a sense of the staff. I'm also very particular when I'm spending $20,000 or more. I'm not compromising with what I want simply because it's not on the lot. After asking another dealer to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, and failing, I called Nick at Heritage. He talked to me on the phone for a few minutes to make sure he understood the requirements, and then told me he'd call me back as soon as he had a chance to locate my vehicle. After never hearing back from the other dealer, I wasn't expecting anything. The next day, Nick called me and told me he'd located the vehicle for me. Without haggling, or sales tricks, he instantly gave me an amazing price on the Jeep, without ever having met me. The next day, I went into the dealership to purchase the vehicle. At the dealership, everyone my wife and I met, impressed us. The Sales manager, Business Manager, and the salesman, were all friendly, helpful, and sincere. I can say these folks do good honest business. More

Other dealers were not willing to search for the vehicle I wanted and transfer it in, while still giving me a good price. I called Nick at Heritage, and told him exactly what I wanted. He asked me a few questions and told me he'd call me back when he found a match. I had heard this pitch from one other dealer as well. I didn't expect a phone call back. The next day, he called me and said he had found a vehicle very close to my requirements. He sent me the information and gave me an excellent price over the phone without any haggling. I was in the dealership the next day to purchase the vehicle. Everyone, from Nick, the salesman, to the Sales Manager, and the Business Manager were incredibly helpful, friendly, and sincere. I would recommend Heritage for anyone. They are good people, doing good honest business. More

I had previously owned and loved a Jeep CJ 7 with both soft and hard tops. I ran it for 17 years with minimum expense and no breakdowns. It's a jeep thing don'tjaknow! The new four door version looked promising. I considered Heritage Chrysler Jeep having a previous pleasant experience eight years ago buying a PT Cruiser from a salesman named Vince Conte (SP?) I arrived at Heritage Chrysler Jeep near closing one Thursday night after work and was quickly and pleasantly greeted by Randal Melvin at the door. He informed me that Vince was no longer with Heritage and had retired - but he would be happy to assist me. We had a brief conversation through which I informed him that I was interested in seeing and driving the Jeep Unlimited. I left with the understanding that I would return on Saturday when he would be on the floor to assist and we would have more time together. Sure enough I returned to the dealership on Saturday with my wife, Anne. Again, Randal warmly met me at the door with a very professional and welcoming attitude. After introductions, Randal remembered my interest in the Unlimited and promptly introduced me to Jay Drummer - sales consultant. Again a very warm and professional reception and introduction by Jay - all around. I felt comfortable already - again . This was a good start. I expressed to Jay my interest in the Jeep Unlimited. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of the basics and of availability. We discussed both used and new vehicles. He had both and asked which one I would like to test drive. I said "new" since my thinking was that testing a new vehicle would serve as a base-line for any thing used. Sure enough, on the lot out back was just what I requested - a new Jeep Wrangler 4 door unlimited - in Rock Red. Woah, I was already in trouble. We took a test drive - the three of us . At age 64 I was a bit hesitant that the comfort level would not be adequate. Jay pointing out all of the upgraded features directed towards comfort but was quite honest in saying that it was a JEEP I was considering and to expect only that. I knew just what he meant. It's a Jeep thing. Privately I knew that it was a comfortable ride and waaaay better than my old CJ7. After the test ride Anne and I both informed Jay that this was just a beginning search for a new vehicle and that we needed to look at other options, though quickly. Well, not surprisingly, along comes Randal again (most professionally because that is his job) inquiring as to why we just couldn't make the deal now. We explained again that we needed to look at alternatives. Both jay and Randal were understanding. Anne and I left promising to be in touch. All this said it was a very pleasant experience with two very professional sales personnel - Jay and Randal. Anne and I did some further research in the next couple of days and actually test drove some other options by different manufacturers. The Jeep thing kept calling me. Nothing compared. I phoned Jay back late Monday afternoon (about 5:10 PM) and asked if a second test drive was possible. Although he was scheduled "off" at 5:00 PM Jay immediately assured me that he would stay later and have the same vehicle available if we could come in that evening. Anne and I arrived as quickly as possible though it was closer to 6:30 PM by then. Jay was most pleasantly waiting and had the vehicle cleaned and ready for another test. We took another drive together and I KNEW the vehicle was for me. We worked over the numbers and discussed the sale possibilities for about 45 minutes. In another 30 minutes after a brief and pleasant encounter with Karen in finance We were "out the door" with an new Jeep. Jay stuck it out to the end to include personally installing new plates front and rear, a handshake and friendly goodbye. The above is a long winded expression of our buying experience at Heritage Chrysler Jeep - but it all boiled down to the friendliness and professionalism of the two sales representatives with whom Anne and I interacted. Nothing was pushed, and nothing was misleading from the get go. Jay and Randal eliminated expected buyer's stress at the door upon entry and stress never surfaced throughout the transaction. It worked for all of us. Thank you both. More
Everybody helped out and was great. Got a great deal on what I was looking for. There was some issues with other dealers not helping us out, but in the end I got more than I was looking for at an awesome what I was looking for. We were very pleased with our experience at this dealership. Overall, it was the best car buying experience we've had. Laron and Hal were friendly and did not push us into a purchase.
