He doesn't try to push unnecessary packages or features that you do not want, but also gets excited about the cool things that you pick out. My purchase this time was such a large one that I spent some additional time comparing. There was no pressure, only willingness to answer questions and help me work through the decision making process. The experience is much different than I have had at many dealerships. I am ready to get my truck dirty and enjoy it with the wife and kids.
