Everyone was attentive from the moment we walked in the door. It didn’t matter that we were not looking at higher end or even new cars. We first spoke with Steve Connors who was the person recommended to us. He was so helpful in getting us started, listening closely to what we needed. The inventory of small used cars wasn’t large at the time and Kevin ended up being our salesman. He was helpful in every way with a no pressure style. We ended up getting a Toyota product so Kevin made the way smooth to finalize some details with Heritage Toyota next door. Kevin has remained helpful, first regarding something small that needed to be fixed after purchase, and then helping us establish a relationship with the service department to get an appointment to buy and have snow tires installed. All in all, we’re so pleased with our experience with the dealership. They are friendly and helpful and seem to stand by their customers and all of that is a great way to do business. More

Great Value I saw this car on the Heritage website and was bringing my Rav4 in for a checkup. Went over to look at this Fusion for my children and it wasnt there, I saw this car on the Heritage website and was bringing my Rav4 in for a checkup. Went over to look at this Fusion for my children and it wasnt there, David our salesperson pulled in with it as we stood there and we were waiting at the door when he opened it. He was very helpful and showed us the car and let us take it on a test drive to where my children worked so they could see it. We came back and did the paper work and while we did that he got it detailed so it was beautiful and ready to go when we got back. The sales manager gave us a maintenance plan for 24 months because my husband is a veteran and it was Veteran's day. A few days later we got a Thank you card in the mail from David with a complimentary check up, state inspection and touch up paint. They were very good to deal with we felt comfortable with the process and know we made the right choice. More
