Having ordered my 4th Explorer through another dealer 2 years ago...there is no comparison to the customer service here at Heritage. When deciding to trade for a new Explorer the original dealership I bought from was not helpful or willing to compromise on anything. Bill managed to get everything I was looking for and more! I upgraded from my Limited to the Sport and managed to keep my payment from going up. I will definitely refer friends & family to Bill! More
State Inspection and a few concerns I took my car in for inspection and indicated a few extra things that were noticed. A. A squeaky brake, B. an intermittent garble when using Bluetoot I took my car in for inspection and indicated a few extra things that were noticed. A. A squeaky brake, B. an intermittent garble when using Bluetooth for phone, and C. When connecting ipod to sync via USB, the songs would not advance. Results: A. Fixed the problem, no more squeak. B. Updated Sync, but garble is still present. Does not happen when I don't use the Bluetooth. They were unable to come up with any other solution. C. They feel the problem is with the iPod not the Sync. Overall, a very pleasant, professional, and caring attitude and operation. More
Exalent service Went in for a oil change and state inspection left with oil changed, truck inspected and two scratches buffed out for no extra charge. Great Experience I reached out to Heritage Ford about a used Mercury Milan. Sadly, when I came by to test drive it, it was in the shop being worked on. Every other use I reached out to Heritage Ford about a used Mercury Milan. Sadly, when I came by to test drive it, it was in the shop being worked on. Every other used car I have liked at has tried to sell it with cosmetic damage still needing to be fixed while Heritage Ford made sure it was fixed. I'm still in the process of waiting for it to be fixed before seriously considering buying however Katie has been attentive, personable, and never pushed me to make a choice I wasn't ready for. She worked within my limited time frame while I visited while a nearby dealership actually made me late and asked me to call into work in order to buy a car I wasn't ready for. I never felt that pressure from Katie. She has called me twice since my visit a week ago to check in with me and I couldn't be happier with my experience there so far. Going forward, I sincerely hope to buy a car there as I am very impressed with the level of service I have received so far. More
