Need a new vehicle with certain, peculiar restrictions I needed a new vehicle but I had certain restrictions as to the price and reasons for the models I could and could not accept. Chad listened and understood without prying into personal reasons or making the restrictions uncomfortable to discuss. In no time I found myself test driving a vehicle I thought was out of my reach and I thought he had not heard my limitations about price. During the test drive, we discussed the many options and benefits of the vehicle as to my needs to such a point that I became so comfortable with it that I forgot we were on a test drive and felt I was driving a friend around town. That vehicle was an SUV that I thought I never wanted but he knew it would be the perfect vehicle for me. I had to have it at that point. I hate dealing with financing departments and he sensed my worry. He stayed between me and them and did all the leg work to make it happen. I know drive a much better vehicle than I thought I could and am extremely happy with it. He worked with both, myself and the financing department to insure the best chance to meet my financial needs. His professionalism was fantastic. He never got pushy or made me feel like I was just a chance to make a buck. I ended up leasing the vehicle (which I had always swore I would never do) at a much lower price per month than I ever thought possible. I look forward to my next opportunity to deal with Chad again. Chad is great! Was shopping for a Ford Explorer in the new body style but was having a hard time finding a newer used model at a good price in the color I wanted (wh Was shopping for a Ford Explorer in the new body style but was having a hard time finding a newer used model at a good price in the color I wanted (white or silver). Heritage had just gotten 1 in and didn't even have pictures on the website when I spotted the ad. Called Chad and told him I wasn't car shopping- that I was coming in to see that particular vehicle and bringing my 2 young children so please have it ready because the kids would get antsy and bored! Got there 40 min later and was greeted with a big smile and the car was ready for us to check out and drive. Slept on it and went back on Monday to buy it on my lunch hour. It was all so easy. I didn't have to do some stupid time-wasting interview like other dealerships subject you to. I wanted to buy a particular car so Chad and the staff at Heritage made it happen. Eight months later my husband was shopping for a truck (again a newer used model) so we headed right back to Chad at Heritage. Again it was easy and we were very pleased and drove out with our new truck on the same day. More

Jared was, and still is very happy with his purchase and he suggested I stop by for some help. I was in the market for a brand new car so I decided to go see Ben. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and felt taken care of from the start. Ben initially asked me what I wanted out of a vehicle. He was very professional and was in no rush to make the sale. He took the time to explain the buying process and what some of my options were. My father was with us for a little while and he said he had a very pleasant experience as well. Ben and I test drove a few different vehicles that Ben was very knowledgeable about. He focused on what I had told him was important to me. Mainly mileage and storage space. He pointed out a lot of features that I would benefit from. In hearing these features I felt a lot better about spending a lot of money on a new vehicle.
